15th Annual Golf Outing at Diamond Run on September 8, 2015

Since 2000, the Township’s population has increased by over 50%. In 2010 the firemen responded to 235 calls which represents an increase of 67% over the same 10-year period.

WE ARE A 100% VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY!

Our Fire Fighters have jobs and families. Yet they spend countless hours in training, maintaining trucks and equipment, and responding to emergency calls day and night.

It not only takes dedication to manage a successful fire company for a growing community, it also takes money. For example, below is a cost breakdown of some of the vehicles and equipment that have been purchased by the fire company over the last several years:

The Aerial Truck $750,000
The Rescue Truck $425,000
Turn Out Gear For 1 Fireman $1,800
1 AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) $1,500
1 Portable Radio $1,500
Annual Fire Station Debt Service $93,000
